Privacy and data handling

Syntric Digital uses the contact form to respond to project requests and understand whether a project is a good fit.

When you submit the form, the site may collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, project type, budget, timeline, and message.

The site may also record limited technical metadata such as IP address, browser user agent, submission time, and email delivery status. This is used for spam prevention, security review, troubleshooting, and lead follow-up. IP addresses are not included in contact notification emails.

Contact submissions may be sent by email through a transactional email provider and backed up in a local lead database. Syntric Digital does not sell contact form submissions.

To request deletion of a contact submission or ask how your information is handled, email hello@syntricdigital.com.
